I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. or anyone authorized by them, of any and all photographs of me taken on September 25, 2008 at the Fujifilm Z Spot LA event, at Opera/Crimson in Los Angeles. All videos, digital images, negatives and positives of such photographs, together with the prints thereof, shall constitute the sole property of FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc.
